I always feel sleepy in the class. How to settle this problems?

how to pay attention without feel sleepy?
Answer:
Try having some coffee right before class, and then try taking notes. Taking notes forces you to pay attention to what the speaker is saying. Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep at night. That was always one of my problems.
go to bed early.
Red Bull, it works for me.
go to sleep earlier
get plenty of sleep at night.
dark green vegetables and vit.b.
day dream about something you like; you may get after school suspension, but atleast you won't be asleep in the class
summer vacation
try going to sleep earlier, you will wake up totally refreshed and not so tired, or you can eat an apple every morning , because apples wake you up more than a soda or coffee!!
Well, get a good night's sleep and eat breakfast. Or if your board in class maybe you could talk to your teacher?
Get plenty of rest and eat a nutritious breakfast.
Possible that this isn't your fault, could just be a boring class. :) I would suggest you have a nice lunch/snack before you go into it...nothing huge or it'll make you even drowsier.

In my opinion, energy drinks are horrible for your body. All sugar, caffeine and chemicals. I assume that will be your most popular answer from everyone.idiots.

Just have an orange.
Enough sleep is good. Exercise and eat right will also give you more natural energy. If possible sit at the front of the class and participate. You might be sleepy cuz your not interested in the subject, so challenge yourself and get involved. This will help with your sleeping problem, and boost your grades too!
its a mental thing .. sleep is not a necessity .. i used to stay asleep all the time .. but i noticed when i do sleep its not for no more than 4 to 5 hrs .which is still not enough.. so get an after school actvity or job and stay busier ..focus on good grades and let your sleep work for you ..not you for it ..
Take a more interesting course.

Actually if you eat a lot of sugar in the morning that could do it, lack of sleep is always a factor. 7-8 hours is usually what the average person needs. Stay away from "energy" drinks, it'll only make it worse.
excercise is really good for focus. Do a couple pushups and sit ups before class...
just drink energy drinks or coffee(starbucks!)
go to sleep early try not to stay up all night !!
duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Try active listening. That is participate mentally in what is being said. Its okay to ponder the words of the instructor briefly or respond in your mental voice to a rhetorical question. The brain hears faster than a person can speak. Participate in class as often as possible. Look for opportunities to speak or answer a question to keep boredom at bay. Lastly, take notes.
Being in many boring military classes and intense language school where if we dozed off we were severly punished I have some tricks to stay awake:
First off avoid eating a high carbohydrate breakfast. Try bacon and eggs without the toast instead of cereal, or that favorite treat from the bakery. Juice is a killer too much sugar.
Coffee will get you going, but you risk the crash afterwards that you get with caffine and sugar.
Also at lunch or with snacks avoid the sugar and white flour, it all leads to that tired after meal feeling. Cheese is a good snack, or even nuts.
Drink water, water and more water! It keeps you up and if ya gotta go that will keep you up too!
When you get a break get up and move around. Take a brisk walk.
Also, if you can stand up for a while in class to stretch out and get the blood moving. Most instructors don't mid if you go to the back and stand if they know you are trying to keep your focus.

Good Luck!
1. lots of caffine
2. Pinch your thign HARD when u try to fall a sleep
3. Fall in love with your professor if applicable (one way to arouse your interest in class)
4. (the boring one, but works all the time) make fun of what you learn.
