How to de-stress?

If you are at work and you start to feel a bit stressed..how do you calm yourself鈥part from a few deep breaths. Practical answers please?
Answer:
Take a walk, get a drink of water.
think of better things of what youre looking forward to
go somewhere private.even the bathroom if you have to and just gather your thoughts
I listen to my mp3 player. I don't know how practical that is for others, but in my situation, it works to tune out the world so I can chill, focus, and get my work done.
think of somewhere you would like to be etc or something you like doing or a good joke, a time with a friend etc something you would like to do in the future and start making mental plans to do it or just think about it.Just remember that the stress is just temporary .
Well a few good breaths are a good start. You need to learn to relax, and have self confidence that what you are doing at work is your best work, and learn to let it go that way, and not listen to what others are saying. Otherwise they will help you keep stressed. You have to keep telling ur self over and over that you are ok, and the calmer you can keep yourself, the more effective you will find yourself to be at work, and with yourself. And things will go a lot smoother.
