How to sleep without going to the toilet more times than needed?


Answer:
Avoid drinks that contain natural diuretics about 2 hours before bedtime.

For example
Tea, coffee, chocolate, cola, soda water (club soda) alcohol.

Good luck
Use the restroom before you go to sleep.
Try not to drink anything a few hours before you sleep.
What is more times than needed? You dont need alot of urine backing up in your bladder.
Slide a bed pan under your cute thighs...

The other method requires an incision...in the abdoman to allow the drainage of feces.a colostamy. You could sleep peacefully while all of the defication in the world collects in a bag that someone could change for you.
Don't drink a lot before you go to bed.
Dont drink much b4 bedtime.
