How to know when i am obsessing?

it seems that when ever i think, i think too much. I think i have something wrong because i worry too much. can you help me find a website to help me stop worrying?

anxiety... do you know what that is? look up anxiety at yahoo.com... there's a bunch of info. i have the same problem. there are medications that can stop you from feeling this way...
try meditation ok??go tot he yoga sites...i laughed at this as well in the beginning.thinking thats my problem..i think too mucha bout everythign ..worry and stress...but after a few weeks of focusing at its hard at first to focus. its wonderful and wish id of tried it long ago.go for walks see all the beuty and think about this instead of other things... also sometimes people just forget to stop and smell the roses.writting down what you think you have or is bothering you and then make a list of what is honest will help as well..
