How to recover from food/sugar addiction?

I can't moderate, I eat and hide it, etc. I need help.
Answer:
Try to not buy too many unhealthy foods. Try eating 5 small meals a day. Instead of candy try organic dry fruit. Instead of icecream try a bowl of fruit instead. Its okay to have one cheat day, but by the time you get use to not eating surgary foods you won't feel like you have to hide and eat.
When you're feeling hungry, drink a big glass of water. When you think you're hungry, you're usually just thirsty.
Look into CANDIDIA. If you crave suger then you may have it. It can be contolled. Youll have to eat foods that the diet calls for but give yourself 3 to 6 months to get it under control. Good luck
you just don't know how i feel you.
time. be around people recovering. exercise. it's hard i know but i'm trying to do the same thing right now.
i go to anad meetings and will start attending aa meetings even tho it's for alcoholics. we suffer %26 recover using the same methods. do research for local meetings, doctors that can help, hospitals have OA meetings i've heard, and a therapist that you're comfortable with.
socializing(my hardest attribute to acquire) is a number one helper. an accountable partner is nice to have the support also...but do this for you. your not alone
good luck and
smile:)
Drink lots of water if not talk to your GP.
